Our required minimum order quantity is 1 metric ton or 1 cubic meter. But it would be greater if your order quantity is more than 1 20ft container, that would get a lower price.

Yes, we can send samples of our chemicals for testing purposes. However, please note that there may be restrictions and regulations for shipping and handling certain chemicals, depending on the type and quantity of the product. Normally the complimentary sample should less than 500 gram, we may charge a fee for the sample and shipping costs if required sample more than 500g. We have experience in handling international shipments and can manage the logistics to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the chemicals to your specified location, normally, shipments are delivered to the largest port in a country or region. Our company accepts various payment terms to accommodate our client’s needs. Common payment terms include but not limited to:

1. Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer/Telegraphic Transfer: 30% paying up-front when ordering, the balance upon completion of production and inspection of the goods. We can also provie you with the test reports and pay the balance on your satisfaction.
2. Letter of Credit at sight (L/C): We also accept payment through a Letter of Credit, which provides a secure payment method for both parties by involving banks.
3. West Union: For smaller orders or international transactions, we accept payments through West Union, a widely used online payment platform.

Yes, our company arranges for the Certificate of Conformity (COC) and Pre-Export Verification Document (PVOC) for the chemicals you purchase. We work with international agencies authorized to conduct COC/PVOC as per the specific regulations of your country. Please note that there may be additional costs associated with obtaining the COC/PVOC, which can be discussed during the order and documentation process.

Generally, delivery for stock goods takes up to 5 days from payment, while new production goods may take 10-20 days depending on the order quantity.
